At the initiative of the Human Resources Department of JSC “Uzavtosanoat,” the “UzAuto HR-Brend 2025” forum was successfully concluded. The forum was organized for HR leaders of the society’s system enterprises under the motto: “Unity. Motivation. Leadership: Our Team’s Formula!”
This year’s three-day forum program was substantive and effective, with a special focus on developing corporate culture, strengthening team spirit, enhancing employee performance, and deepening the understanding of the strategic importance of the HR sphere within the organization.
Notably, the first day of the event began with a visit to the Muqimi Theater. This contributed to broadening the cultural horizons of the participants and strengthening the atmosphere of mutual understanding within the team.
As a representative of one of the country’s largest automotive partners — Allur company from the Republic of Kazakhstan — HR specialist Makhabat Imanovna Yermaganbetova was invited.
This initiative was implemented with the aim of strengthening industrial cooperation between the two countries, developing human resource potential, and introducing modern corporate management practices. During the HR specialist’s visit, experience sharing, innovative approaches to personnel policy, employee motivation, and professional development issues were discussed.
This cooperation contributes to strengthening the national talent pool and improving the efficiency of human capital in production processes. It was also regarded as an important step aimed at further deepening bilateral relations.
