A specialized training session was organized at JSC “Uzavtosanoat” and its affiliated enterprises for employees of the procurement, sales, and compliance departments. The event formed part of the company’s ongoing program aimed at strengthening corporate governance, promoting business ethics, and fostering a transparent business environment.
During the program, participants were provided with detailed information on a number of key topics, including sanctions and export control, comprehensive due diligence of business partners, prevention of conflicts of interest in public procurement, as well as the role of compliance systems in anti-corruption efforts and recent legislative developments.
The training was conducted by managers of the Compliance Department of JSC “Uzavtosanoat” together with specialists from its structural enterprises. The interactive format enabled participants not only to gain theoretical knowledge but also to discuss practical cases, exchange experience, and develop solutions for real working situations.
Regularly organizing such events serves as an important instrument for improving employees’ professional qualifications and strengthening the compliance culture. It also supports the implementation of international standards in the company’s operations and contributes to building trust among partners, clients, and government institutions.
In the future, it is planned to expand these training programs with the involvement of international experts, which will further contribute to the sustainable development and transparency of JSC “Uzavtosanoat” and its enterprises.
