Compliance and Anti-Corruption Management Systems at JSC “Uzavtosanoat” Are Being Strengthened in Line with International Standards

At JSC “Uzavtosanoat”, systematic work is being carried out to develop and strengthen the compliance system and the anti-corruption management system, aimed at ensuring the principles of integrity, transparency, and absolute intolerance to corruption.

In particular, internal policies and procedures have been established in accordance with international requirements. Mechanisms for risk assessment and control have been introduced, regular training and awareness-raising activities for employees are organized, and internal communications aimed at strengthening the compliance culture have been enhanced.

As a result of these measures, the Company has obtained certificates in accordance with the international standards ISO 37301 — Compliance Management System and ISO 37001 — Anti-Bribery Management System.

This achievement confirms that JSC “Uzavtosanoat” has established a transparent, efficient, and reliable management system that meets international standards.

At the same time, these certificates are not regarded as a final objective, but rather as a new stage in the consistent development of the Company in line with higher standards. Going forward, JSC “Uzavtosanoat” will continue to conduct its activities in strict adherence to the principles of integrity, transparency, fairness, and absolute intolerance to corruption.
