“Uzavtosanoat” JSC and the Antimonopoly Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan in response to the publication in the Kurbanoff.net Telegram channel officially announced that paragraph 2.5 was added to the UzAuto Motors Contract for the Supply of Cars to Individuals at the end of September this year as part of the transition to a new payment procedure 3% of the collection to the Republican Road Fund.
All issues with the transition were resolved and at the moment under the purchase and sale (supply) contracts of new vehicles concluded by buyers before October 1, 2019 and purchased under these new car agreements, the procedure for paying the fee remains the same - the fee is paid to the traffic police bodies.
In this regard, clause 2.5 on payment at new prices is no longer relevant and from December 1 will be completely excluded from all contracts for the purchase of a car.
We also inform that car buyers who have concluded contracts from October 1 to December 1 and in which clause 2.5 is present, can conclude an additional agreement that excludes this clause in the corresponding dealer center.
Note that in case of a change in the cost of the purchased car (regardless of the availability of an additional agreement) this paragraph will not apply.
