UzAuto Motors is committed to employee development and support by sending 39 employees to the Andijan Machine Building Institute for part-time study. This important step emphasizes the importance of investing in the education and professional development of its employees.
The selection process was carried out on the basis of an interview and taking into account the needs of the enterprise. The State Admissions Committee decided to admit these employees to study on a part-time basis, which will allow them to combine their work at the plant with higher education.
Special attention was paid to employees with at least 5 years of experience in the industry. To ensure transparency and quality selection, a special working group responsible for the selection processes was established.
The test, in which 368 employees participated, included questions in various areas such as GM-GMS, math, history of Uzbekistan and logic. Among them, 39 employees who scored more than 70 points in the test were recommended and selected for training.
One of the key points of this initiative is to train the selected employees entirely at the expense of UzAuto Motors. This initiative is a vivid example of the company's commitment to making education accessible and supporting its employees in their professional growth.
