Dildora Abdurahmonova (Akhmadalieva) has been working at UzAuto Motors for over 18 years. Before that, she worked as a specialist at the Andijan Regional Women's Committee and then headed a department of the regional council of the People's Democratic Party of Uzbekistan.
Now Dildora Abdurakhmonova is a manager in the Global Procurement Department of UzAuto Motors. Her main task is to supervise the fulfillment of executive duties, as well as work with documents. According to the Decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the beautiful mother of two children Dildora Abdurakhmonova has been honored with a number of state awards - commemorative signs for the 25th and 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan. She perfectly copes with all tasks both at work and in the family, which cause universal respect in the society.
Referring to her work life, Dildora says: "Because my work life is very much related to global procurement, I have the opportunity to interact with representatives of suppliers from different countries. I learn from them, I get to know their working methods, new technologies, news, and of course, I learn about their culture, customs and interests."
All success in life comes to those who always remain good-hearted. They work hard to achieve their goals and dreams. Of course, the support of family and loved ones plays a big role in achieving all these goals. However, the key to these achievements is definitely in the patience and determination of the individual. Dildora emphasizes her gratitude to her family for their support on her journey to success.
