Aaron Deyl Johns has nearly half a century of experience in automotive manufacturing, having begun his career in 1976 with General Motors, a major automaker, in the production department.
At his various career periods, Aaron Johns has been a direct participant in the production and quality control processes of General Motors plants, holding key positions in the company's top management.
During his long career at General Motors Corporation, Aaron Johns has served as Director of Manufacturing Technology, Director of Quality and Supplier Quality, and Director of Global Supply Chain Operations, Manufacturing and Global Supply Chain.
This year, in order to effectively manage the Supply Chain and logistics areas, Aaron Johns was brought in to UzAuto Motors as Deputy Executive Director for Supply Chain and Quality.
Deepak Kumar Singh
Supplier quality advisor for UzAuto Motors
Deepak Kumar has spent his entire career in the automotive industry with General Motors in quality and supplier development.
He has been a Supplier Quality Engineer for various years as well as Global Purchasing Strategy for General Motors in India and North America.
Today Deepak Kumar Singh is engaged in development of local network of UzAuto Motors factory components suppliers, holding the position of Supplier Quality Advisor for UzAuto Motors.
Oh Kangse
UzAuto Motors Advisor on Engineering and Maintenance
Oh Kangse has more than 40 years of experience in automotive manufacturing and quality control. During his long career, Oh Kangse has become an expert in the highly intelligent field of production engineering for the world's largest companies.
Starting his career as a production engineer at Hyundai Motors (Korea) Oh Kangse has served as Production Engineering and Quality Control Director of Samsung Motors (Korea), Technical Director of Sewon Precision Ltd (Korea) and Vice President of Industrial Equipment Manufacturing Company EINS Automation, Ltd (Thailand).
Oh Kangse now serves as an engineering and maintenance advisor to UzAuto Motors.
Jaecheol Park
Expert on international production systems UzAuto Motors
He has 37 years of experience working in major plants around the world. During his career, Jaecheol Park has trained and calibrated the global GM GMS production system at 26 automotive and powertrain plants in China, Korea, India, Thailand, Australia and Uzbekistan. In addition, he has successfully upgraded a number of plants to BIQ4 international quality level.
In Uzbekistan, Jaecheol Park was also involved in launching the production of the new generation CSS Prime engines at the UzAuto Motors Powertrain plant, as well as obtaining the BIQ4 production quality certificate at the UzAuto Motors plants in Asaka and Pitnak.
Mikhail Semenikhin
Head of UzAuto Motors department on development of dealer network, marketing and PR of Chevrolet brand in Uzbekistan and export markets.
He has more than 30 years of experience in brand development, dealer network and sales in the largest companies in the CIS and abroad. Mikhail Semenikhin has spent 23 years developing the sales network of the Volkswagen Group Corporation, as well as the international company Bosch-Siemens Hausgeräte GmbH.
Since June this year, Mikhail Semenikhin has been working as Head of UzAuto Motors' Department for Development of Dealer Network, Marketing and PR of Chevrolet brand in Uzbekistan and export markets, where he will also implement leading international practices in these areas.
