Uzavtosanoat JSC's initiative under the aegis of "Developing Competences, Strengthening the Team" united HR managers of automotive enterprises.
The event was held at the recreation centre "Khanabad" in Andijan region and included a variety of practical exercises. The aim was to strengthen team spirit, develop communication skills, stimulate the emergence of new ideas and improve joint problem-solving skills.
At the opening of the event, Anvarjon Hasanov, Deputy Executive Director of UzAuto Motors JSC, shared the results of the work done in the field of human resources management and revealed plans for the future.
In addition, as part of team building, motivational trainings were held by international specialist Nasiba Rozmetova, Director of NR consulting, stimulating creative thinking and building a sense of mutual trust and respect among colleagues.
