Today in the international airport of Tashkent Uzbek gymnasts participants of Asian Championship on rhythmic gymnastics among youth and adults 2023, which was held from May 27 to June 4 this year in Manila (Philippines) were solemnly welcomed.
Our sportswomen won the championship unequivocally, taking first place in the team event with 18 medals: 10 gold, 7 silver, and 1 bronze. Member of the national team - Tahmina Ikromova showed the highest result in 5 disciplines, becoming the best multi medalist among the athletes who rose to the podium.
These performances were important for the athletes because they were qualifying for the licensing championship of the world, which will be held in Valencia, Spain, from 23 to 27 August.
