Today, when the whole world is making enormous efforts in the fight against the COVID-19 virus, enterprises in the automotive industry of Uzbekistan cannot be left out.
Considering that recent world events have led to an acute shortage of mechanical ventilation devices, young specialists in the automotive industry of Uzbekistan during the quarantine period as an experiment developed a prototype of the ventilator.
Specialists of the recently created Research and Development Center at Uzavtosanoat JSC with the participation of students of the Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent (TPU) worked on the development of the project and the creation of the prototype. The development of the apparatus included the creation of author's drawings, design modeling and the complete assembly of the apparatus itself on the basis of the TPU laboratory.
The ventilator prototype was constructed from hypoallergenic materials, which also make it easy to disinfect the device. Technical characteristics of the device include sensors of the level of humidity, pressure, oxygen and temperature, the indicators of which are stored in the memory history of the device. In addition, the ventilator is equipped with a cleaning system - the exhaust air passes through a filter that can be easily replaced.
In the event of a power outage, the prototype of the ventilator is equipped with an uninterruptible power supply capable of ensuring its operation for at least another hour.
The device, the cost of which is many times lower than similar devices on the market, is fully developed and assembled by young specialists of the Uzavtosanoat structure.
In turn, Uzavtosanoat JSC and the Research and Development Center invite young and talented engineers and inventors to participate in innovative developments and projects.
