As previously reported from April 6, citizens who bought a new car can get state license plates for new cars at 29 official dealer enterprises of UzAuto Motors.
This process was introduced in order to create additional convenience for customers when buying cars.
Citizens who have purchased a car at the listed car dealerships and have not registered their new cars within 10 days from the date of publication of this notice, that is, from April 13, will be held liable in accordance with the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The company, together with the Traffic Safety Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, agreed that citizens who purchased cars from dealers not included in this list (with the exception of 29 registered car dealerships in the application) can register their cars in the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate after the end of the quarantine period.
Along with this, in order to prevent the spread of "coronavirus" during a pandemic in our country, on March 23 the work of the traffic police registration departments was temporarily suspended. Therefore, owners of vehicles purchased by our citizens after March 23 of this year must register the vehicle within 10 days after the end of the quarantine period, otherwise they will be held liable in accordance with the article of the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
