Duties:
—Search and selection of personnel
—Adaptation of staff
—Development and training of personnel
—Motivation of staff, creation of a cohesive effective team
—Development of HR brand, increasing the image of an attractive employer
—Organization of personnel training (conducting trainings, training seminars, advanced training courses)
—Management of personnel records management
—Automation of processes
Requirements:
-Higher education
- Fluency in Russian (Uzbek and English are welcome)
—A confident PC user
—Developed communication skills, high working capacity, multitasking ability
Conditions:
—Schedule: 5/2, from 9:00 to 18:00
—Employment in accordance with Labour Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan
—Adequate salary
