"Uzavtosanoat expands cooperation with universities
Uzavtosanoat JSC and its structural subdivisions are actively working on the program aimed at attracting young, talented and highly qualified specialists to the industry. In order to form a reserve of promising personnel and attract young specialists to the industry, representatives of the HR Department of the company together with the Career Development Center of the International Westminster University in Tashkent held an important meeting with graduates of this university.
During the dialog it was emphasized that mutual cooperation will be useful for all participants. In order to support young specialists in the field, ideas were also proposed to organize open courses for students of Westminster University, where specialists of "Uzavtosanoat" structure will share their experience and knowledge.
Now, in cooperation with "Uzavtosanoat" and Westminster University, training seminars and master's courses aimed at the development of the automotive industry are organized. An agreement was also reached to organize excursion to the production enterprises of the company for employees and students of this university.
At the end of the meeting, taking into account the relevance of the topics discussed and the great interest of both parties in cooperation, an agreement was reached on the implementation of the program "Creating a personnel reserve" with a focus on supporting the career development of university graduates and ensuring the employment of young people.
