Janos Kovacs General Director of UzAuto Motors JSC
By decision of the Supervisory Board, Janos Kovacs has been appointed General Director of UzAuto Motors Joint Stock Company.
Born in Hungary, Janos Kovacs graduated from the Budapest University of Technology with a degree in Automotive Engineering.
As one of the leading top managers in the global automotive industry, Kovacs brings extensive experience from key leadership positions at companies such as General Motors, Opel, GM Powertrain Uzbekistan, UzAuto Peugeot Citroën Automotive, and VinFast Automotive.
Throughout his professional career, he has been responsible for quality management, optimization of production processes, and management of automotive plants.
Since 2021, Kovacs has been a member of the Supervisory Board of UzAuto Motors JSC and has also served on the company’s Audit Committee.
