On February 27 of this year, the Compliance, Production, and Financial Risk Monitoring Department organized a seminar-training for employees of "Uzavtosanoat" JSC and system enterprises to enhance their knowledge and skills. The event focused on the essence and current significance of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Conflict of Interest," adopted on June 5, 2024, as well as the company's Code of Ethics.
This training aims to improve the knowledge of "Uzavtosanoat" JSC and system enterprise employees regarding the new legal norms, find legal solutions to workplace issues, and enhance the effectiveness of their implementation.
During the training, explanations were provided on identifying, preventing, and managing conflicts of interest, employees’ obligations, and ethical standards.
Additionally, it was emphasized that the "Employee Code of Ethics" plays a crucial role in ensuring effective workplace performance, shaping a positive work environment, and maintaining the company's reputation.
At the end of the training, a Q&A session and active discussions were held on the Law "On Conflict of Interest" and the "Employee Code of Ethics," with relevant answers provided to the participants' questions.
Seminar-trainings will continue to improve employees' knowledge of compliance requirements and anti-corruption measures.
