On September 18, a general plant reporting meeting of Kaizen groups was held at the "UzAuto Motors" JSC plant.
Kaizen groups were recognized for their active participation and outstanding achievements. The conference was attended by plant employees, management representatives, and engineers who contributed to improving the production process. During the event, the significance of the Kaizen system, its efficiency, and future development directions were discussed. Additionally, the best Kaizen projects were presented, showcasing their practical results.
